In order to provide the most valuable service I can, we'll start with a complimentary "discovery" call (up to 20 minutes) to learn about your or your organization's specific needs. Due to each person's unique situation, I will create a proposal with options for length of engagement and fees, and we can discuss in a follow-up call, as needed.

 

Depending on the service and scope, I will provide you with fees for:

Training - virtual or in-person, one time or multiple sessions,

Masterminds, webinars or leadership retreats

Coaching - virtual or in-person, various packages for a minimum three-month engagement

Interim Leadership - this is a more complex scope of work for which we will work out the parameters together and may require multiple meetings to finalize fees and projected timeframes.

Other consulting (strategic planning, project management, etc.) will be estimated on the time and scope of work required.
